Dr. Neha Gupta is Assistant Professor in the Department of Marketing and International Business at K J Somaiya Institute of Management. She has a Ph.D. in Management with specialization in marketing from Mumbai University and UGC-NET qualified in Management. She is a graduate in Commerce from Mumbai University and has completed her Master’s in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from NMIMS University. She has over 17 years of experience with 7 years in industry in the realms of sales & marketing and 10 years in academic. She has industry experience spread across as performer in managerial role with ABN Amro Bank, Trimac shipping company and Timex Group. She had been associated as trainer / faculty with institutes like IIBF, SPBT Banker’s Training Institute, ICFAI, Manipal University, ICAI, ITM and NMIMS University. Her teaching interests are in the area of Marketing Management, Services Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Marketing Applications & Practices and Marketing of Financial Services. She has to her credit numerous International and National Publications. She is a reviewer with ABDC journals and various international and national publishers. Her research interest areas are Services Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Banking, Retail Banking, Payment Digitalization, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) linked to Services and Customer Relationship Management.
