Dr. Rinku Jain is an Associate Professor in the Business Analytics Department at K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management, Somaiya Vidyavihar University. She has over 20 years of research and academic experience. She completed her Ph.D. from Rajasthan University, Jaipur. Her research area of interest are Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Retail Analytics, Financial Analytics, Marketing Analytics and Big Data Analytics. She holds the position of Convocation Chairperson, PhD Co-cordinator and a Management Representative for ISO 9001:2015. She is a recognized Ph.D. guide with Somaiya Vidyavihar University. She had Published many research papers in ABDC, ABS, WOS, and Scopus-indexed national and international journals. She had presented papers at national and international conferences. She had received Best research paper awards. She had facilitated Some corporate training modules for NSE, BSE, NISM, INS Hamla, Mahindra & Mahindra, etc.
